Backlit material is mainly used to produce illuminated fascia signs for Retail & Exhibition Environments. We have the ability to produce “Flexface skins” which are designed to be used in tensioned Aluminium Lightboxes and give the impression of one piece flat panel signage. We have a few print options for Backlit Flex face Skins, mainly Double-Density Printing also know as Double pass.

As flex-face banners are usually inserted into an aluminium framing system the edge options on the banner are limited to the below 

• Trimmed to edge - You banner is trimmed to the crop marks on your artwork 
• 50mm white boarder - We leave a 50mm white boarder all the way around the crop lines
• Silicon Kader edge - We stitch a silicon kader edge to the outside of your banner
